Avocados are a great fat source--I put 1/4 of one on every salad. Broc is not bad either, in moderation.
Try entering food in app for the day before you eat. You can always edit as needed to meet your goals for the day and avoid any surprises.
I was surprised about broccoli but as Gina encourages everyone to do works. Put your food in as soon as you know or before cooking to adjust your numbers. Thanks Gina
