Does everyone do keto and Intermittant fasting or are there some of you that just do keto alone and lose weight successfully? I meet all of my macros but have the hardest time doing a 16 hour fast!
I believe in doing what your body tells you to do. If you are hungry eat. You will loose weight if you do not go over your 20g carbs and meet your protein goal.
I do not have a problem with 16 hour fast, I fast at night through early morning, but I’m not a breakfast person. My boyfriend has a hard time fasting in the morning, so he fasts in the evening. He won’t eat past 5 PM.
I rely on espresso coffee and green tea to get me to 12pm before having my 1st keto meal and eating until 8pm . Works for me but I've never been much of a breakfast/morning person.
I do inadvertent IF most days since I'm not usually hungry until around 12pm. If I am, I'll eat something. I think the only thing I notice with the 16 hour fast is that it's easier to stay below my calorie goal for the day since my eating window is smaller.
