liatleder depends.  Are you just looking for the item in the app? Different brands of heavy cream have different net counts. My cream has zero on the label.

  • They must have things added?  Are you in America?  It seems as though most food in America is processed and played with.  I am in NZ where the sheep and cows far outnumber people.  Cream is cream and cottage cheese is cheese!  A bottle of cream has nothing in it but fat and protein.  Don’t buy stuff like the squirty bottles of cream - that stuffs not real.  I think where people live can make this way of eating difficult as some things are not as freely available.

Queen of Sheba I agree. That’s why the US had the highest number of obesity citizens. Our government likes to let food producers do what they want, making us fat and then we have to take meds for different ailments. Is a racket of money in the US. Whole Foods is what I like. My body reacts better to them.

  • I agree that it is more difficult for Americans to adapt to this woe. I grew up in a day when food was far more "real". People here don't know what actual butter, cream, and eggs taste like! I never experienced me to flu because I never kept any of that chemical "food" in the house anyway!
