One of my new favorites is corned beef hash using riced cauliflower instead of potatoes. I put the recipe in the app see if you can find it. Otherwise I usually do bacon, sausage or ham and eggs. Or a scramble with onions, peppers, and meat of choice. I have made fancy chocolate waffles and such but they make me crave sweets and slow down the weight loss. So until I lose my weight I am sticking to the basics.
