No weight loss in 3 weeks.
So I've been doing the Keto Diet for 5 weeks.
First two weeks, I never counted calories at all. I just stayed below 20g carbs daily, ate higher fat foods. Lost 7lb week one, and 2lb week two.
So week 3 I lost nothing.
So for two weeks, I've been watching calories, have found myself more hungry than usual, and still no weight loss.
But I have remained in ketosis the whole time.
Where am I going wrong?

I’m kind of in the same boat with you. I’m about six weeks in down 11 pounds but for the last 10 days I haven’t budged. I am diligent about tracking in my numbers as well. I’m about 1200 cal a day and 15 g of carbs. I’m regularly exercising with cardio and weights. In 10 days I’ve stayed right at the same weight… Hoping it breaks soon because it’s getting demoralizing. Interested in what other people have to say as well

Hi guys I’m brand new here but I did a LOT of reading before jumping on the keto wagon for the third time. I wanted to make sure I fully understood it. Have you added more fat to your diet? Mtc oil is a great way to do that. I add it to my coffee and regular cooking. It’s basically invisible taste and texture wise. I don’t even notice it in my coffee. 70% of calories should be coming from fats. Hope this helps.
