Keto is killing my fall favs.

Honestly, Keto wasn't hard until pumpkin came back into season (glaring at you starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte). I know there are subs for my favorite fall favorites but most of the time I dont have time to prep lots of food. I found cinnamon roll protein almonds by ON and they give me a good fix but I need more pumpkin in my life. Can anyone recommend any yummy keto-friendly snacks or quick and easy fall recipes please? Thank you.

    I can relate, this time of year is always so hard to stay on track and not get swept away with all the yummy seasonal treats! 😥

    As far as pumpkin spiced lattes, here is a pretty good recipe to use when you feel the autumnal spirit! 🍁 I substitute the almond milk for unsweetened cashew milk because I believe it’s creamier. 😋

    Dr. Colbert has a pumpkin pancake recipe in his Keto Zone book.  You may be able to find it online.  It's pretty tasty.  Quick recipe.

  • My daughter is a SB barista and my fav is the pumpkin cream cold brew...I feel ya! I follow a dirty keto plan so I ensure I’m extra good for the week and treat myself, sub with SF vanilla which is 2/3 of the carbs, it’s not a latte but it’s a good alternative if you need that fall SB yummy.

    Omega PowerCreamers (available on Amazon) has a pumpkin spice ghee/MCT oil based coffee creamer that is really good.

    I will also make a Keto Fluff and add 1/4 oz Pumpkin Puree and tbsp of Pumpkin Pie spice, pretty tasty.
