Keto is killing my fall favs.
Honestly, Keto wasn't hard until pumpkin came back into season (glaring at you starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte). I know there are subs for my favorite fall favorites but most of the time I dont have time to prep lots of food. I found cinnamon roll protein almonds by ON and they give me a good fix but I need more pumpkin in my life. Can anyone recommend any yummy keto-friendly snacks or quick and easy fall recipes please? Thank you.

As far as pumpkin spiced lattes, here is a pretty good recipe to use when you feel the autumnal spirit! 🍁 I substitute the almond milk for unsweetened cashew milk because I believe it’s creamier. 😋
