Supplements needed

Hello, 

I’m on week 2 of Strict Keto. I’m counting every macro including calories and I was curious if I’m missing important nutrition by not taking supplements. I’ve read about Magnesium. What else? I fast between 16 and 20 hours every day and have eliminated any added sugar. The only sweetener I use is one packet of Stevia in my fat coffee. 
 

Starting weight: 220

Goal: 150

Height: 5’5”

    Some people take electrolytes to ensure they are getting selenium, magnesium, and potassium, but you might have these covered by your diet dependent upon what you're eating.

    I take a scoop of collagen with my coffee every morning as well as electrolytes throughout the day.  Because I fast quite a bit and am always tracking food on my eating days, electrolytes really help.
