Had a cheat day
So been doing Keto for 2 months and have lost one stone
yesterday felt loosy and lack of energy ended up giving in and had kfc and then needed more naughty foods had 2 x boost bars
fair to say I am not in Ketosis anymore
will it take long to get back into Keto again
also another question I have noticed the last two days I have leucocytes in my urine does nt feel like I am a urine infection but maybe this is why I was feeling weak and loosy
