Hello-Question
Can anyone recommend a ketosis Breathe analyzer? I have seen so many reviews it is making my head spin. I don't like the idea of pricking my finger daily and would prefer the one time up front cost. I want one that can be updated and is accurate. Amy advie would be appreciate!!

I'm using the urine test strips. I measure twice per day and have been satisfied with the accuracy. I know when to expect higher or lower level of ketones based on what I eat and the test strips have confirmed this. They are also much cheaper than the breath analyzers.
