hey there!! no worry I understand when I was the beginner with keto I had same issues in regards to my meal prep as I was completely novice but my sister helped me to get through this journey. it is necessary to have proper look on your intake of protein and fat. see if you are looking to gain muscle high intake of protein. if u need to protect your muscle mass and if your somewhere above 40 who needs to reduce muscle breakdown and if ur body shows protein deficiency it will still work I personally go for a high protein intake keto diet. and also don't forget to meet ur fat intake as fat is necessary for your body as so u don't feel lethargic and fatigue. When you don’t meet your fat goals, it’s not a big deal at all. As long as you are restricting carbs and eating enough protein, missing your fat goals will typically only lead to more fat loss. However, problems can arise when your fat consumption is consistently too low. For example, if you aren’t even close to meeting your fat needs regularly, you’ll be putting yourself in such a large calorie deficit that your body will have to adapt by decreasing its energy expenditure and increasing your hunger and cravings. I have personally came across many meals on youtube for meal prep as I am a working woman. I refer to few ebooks and keto challenges that have helped me greatly in past few weeks to overcome my meal issues and meeting my goal
I hope the above information helps you .good luck!!

IMO. Staying under the carb limit is the critical part. Be more flexible with the fat/protein. Many will tell you that your fat “must be this high” but the reason the app has so many options is bcz everyone’s body is different. You’ll get a feel for how much fat/protein is right for you based on your activity level, age and body comp. play with it until you feel good.
