Inches lost!

You can’t write much in that top bit can you?  I have been doing this for nine weeks but decided not to weigh myself because it would be too discouraging. Three weeks ago I plucked up courage and measured myself instead. According to the app I’m using - Remeasure it is called-  I have lost 72 centimetres, which is just over 28 inches overall. I am delighted!
