Do you have a food scale? If so, weigh all of the items that you WON’T eat, then separately weigh the items you will eat. You should be able to figure out the macros of each with your app. Compare with the total on the package when they’re added together as a check on your math. You will only have to do this once because you can add it as a recipe in your foods.

So i wound up basically googling the nutrition for the one ingredient that I pulled out (roughly) and then subtracted it from the actual bagged salad nutrition in the app itself. Seemed the easiest way to do it. Far from exact science but I think it was probably a decent stab at it.
