Gaining weight
I am seriously struggling on keto. I have only been doing it for 14 days and have been in ketosis the entire time(according to urine test strips). I have also been exercising 3 times a week and successfully doing intermittent fasting. My two daily meals consist of a protein, lots of healthy fats, and a keto friendly veg. My problem is that I am consistently gaining weight. 4lbs to be exact. I am trying to take the advice to stay away from the scales but honestly I need some reassurance that I am not doing this for nothing and that there is hope for me to also enjoy the benefits of weight loss.

And I have to start over completely... I started Lo carbing in the '70s
The people I got involved with would do the following weekly--- Eat, Drink,Play tennis than Eat, Drink and play tennis and the only way we could accomplish this was by doing Lo Carb... And some of us became experts in one part or another...
Now I need to know which from the list you like. As many as you like plus...
Breakfast meats- Bacon, Sausage, Ham,,pork chops, and if there are any others let me know.
Toppings- Cheese, what ones, there is only about 100.
mushrooms,black olives,spinach, or any others that I forgot.
Let me know and I will give you a recipe for "Baked Eggs"that will knock you slippers off.

TW Lost 40 ARL, TW here , I left off Sour cream, and of course the eggs.
Oh !!! By the way, this morning I noticed I am " 1.2 LBS from attaining my latest goal, I'm going to mow the East 40 and see if that will take me home... And I want to give special thanks to my trusty WM scale for informing me we are getting close to a new milestone...
