Does anyone know where I can get a breakdown of what each Grade actually means? Trying to get a bit more detail on what a Grade C means.

A is Keto friendly. B is eat in moderation. And c is not at all
I haven't received a C. I know A is very Keto and F is not at all. There's probably a breakdown somewhere

Keto Grade C is Strictly Limit. Lactaid whole milk is in that catagory. Practically speaking, stick with Grades A and B on a daily basis and fit an occasional Grade C in.
A - Keto approved
B - limit
C - strictly limit
F - avoid entirely
(I discovered this when I added yellow onion to a meal. It was F so I clicked the icon (!) to see what it meant.)

Onions have carbs. You can caramelize onions because of the sugar in them. "F"
