A little overwhelmed.

Hi, I'm Stacey and I just started this low carb thing  4 days ago on Sunday, and am down 4lbs already. I am keeping my carbs under 47, which isn't a problem. The problem is keeping my fats under 110 grams. I have gone over every day. I'm losing weight, but it's so hard to eat carbs and not use fats to make them taste good! Will the overload of fats hurt?  Also, I exercise vigorously every day pretty much, so I get extra calories, will this help with the fat?

    Hi Stacey, personally I wouldn鈥檛 worry until you get fat adapted you need it. 

    My current favourite read, & yes I keep telling everyone, is Keto Clarity ( audiobook for me) by Jimmy Moore. There are so many old posts to read through too. Best wishes 馃尫

    Joanna  I will check that out, thank you! I was under on protein and fat yesterday, so it's just trial and error st first I guess. I am in ketosis so I guess I'm ok.

    stacemont better to be a little under protein than under the fat in the short term.
