Adjusting Macros when exercising

Frustrated with the scale, I took a long bike ride (26 miles).  I burned 640 active calories.  Since before the bike ride I was out of calories and only 1 diab net carb left. Do I update the carbs and the calories by offset it with exercise just for this day so I can eat something after a long ride?

  • You can do it either way. The problem some people have is if they deduct the calories they might eat more.  Are you eating at least 1200 calories?

    1467 calories is what I am set at currently. I will eventually get to 1200 calories.
