hard to get my fats

Hi all, just started keto 1 week ago and I am down 8.5#, but I have around 75# to lose.  I started keto because I have post concussion syndrome going on 2yrs now and many people say they feel alot better on this diet.  I want to feel better.  My problem is; I can't seem to get my fats higher than my protein.  Many people on fb said to try the bf coffee;  I did and it was disgusting to me, I had to force myself to drink it.  Am I supposed to eat 5 fat bombs just to get my fat higher than my protein?  Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Congratulations,  you are making great progress.  I also had trouble with fat at first.  I like 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream in coffee.  Try snacks like cream cheese on celery or cucumber slices, low carb nuts, hard cheeses, pork skins.  Adding  1/2 an avocado to my meal is a big help.  Recipes with butter, cheese, olive oil, coconut oil, coconut cream, sesame oil, fatty meats, salmon etc. will help. Try to focus on carbs and calories while you learn to balance the rest.

    Have you tried fattier cuts of meat, like chicken thighs instead of breasts,  or chuck roasts?

    Or you could make an easy alfredo sauce to go with your chicken or shrimp. Itll up the fats with very low carbs. I like adding blue cheese dressing and Frank's red hot to my chicken. Yum!
