Keto is a Success
I started out 2020 tipping the scales at 212. I've bounced back and forth from 187-222 for 5 of 6 years. So, I decided to try keto. 1 month in and I'm down 20 lbs, just missing my Feb. 1st goal by 2 lbs. But, my energy has increased, my brain works better, I'm happier and no longer on my diabetes insulin!!! Here's to 10 more lbs coming off in February!!
