Forgot to introduce myself, hi all! Giving this keto a try, so far down 7.6 pounds in 2 and 1/2 weeks. I struggle with sweets cravings and portion control (like I want a whole chicken breast not a half lol) but I’m managing. I thought I was doing keto over the winter by just low carbs and sticking to protein but I gained a whole size! Then I read into it more and learned about macros and limits of fat and protein and I subscribed to this app to help me and now it working.
Would love to communicate with others doing this!
