I’m new to this app and a Keto Lifestyle. I have 100 pds to lose and 48 pds until I reach Onederland! So far so good, I do not think I’m in Ketosis yet, so I’ve tweaked my menu and hopefully should be in Ketosis soon.
I have a question. What are Diabetic Carbs and what should your goal be?

Welcome, Net carbs are what matter. I knew I was in ketosis without strips because I had to brush my teeth about 6x a day and my hands had an off smell (bad). After about 3 days it went away. Then you are using the ketones and not releasing them through your urine and skin . Good luck sounds like you are on the right track.
