I am 197 today  breakfast 1 egg 2 bacon  2 sausage patty I am feeling good thank you for help me hope I am on the right track

    When hunger appears have something small to eat, within the guidelines. Give it so time to work. Then go on, make sure you consume  the right amount of calories (or close to it) or your metabolism  will make it harder to loose.
