Macros

Hey guys! Does anyone have any tips on calculating Macros??? I am 27 years old, 211 lbs and 5’5. So far I have mine set at 20 carb, 81 protein and 123 g fat.

    Well, Macros are usually measured in percentages.  The Ketogenic diet suggests doing 80% fat, 15% protein and 5% carbs. I find it hard to keep my protein that low and my fat that high, but am working on it because that is how to get into Ketosis, which is my goal.  Hope that helps!
