Strategies for Plateaus
I do think plateaus are a natural phenomenon, but now also thinking that it might make sense, if one notices a flattening of the downward trend —- to just go purely keto for a few days ( 5% total cals for 12gm net carbs/day. Whaddyathink ? Have you tried this - how’d it work ? Any other ideas ?

Not having hit one just yet, I think it depends upon how long you're on one. As you say they are natural, however, a jiggle of what we normally do always re-awakens our system. If you feel well & able then experimenting with a reduction isn't going to do any damage (hark at me 5 weeks in!). An alternative might be carb loading (Leanne at Healthful Pursuit) a few berries in the evening for a change. I've found Leanne full of knowledgeable common sense. Is this in preparation of you hitting a plateau or are you stuck on one?
