Bone broth

I associate bone broth with the Paleo diet, but as it's edging into colder weather (okay, it's 70-degrees today but next week is supposed to be cold lol), I was thinking that bone broth might be a great addition to my keto diet. So I found this excellent article explaining that a meat-heavy WOE can be problematic, especially for older and/or sedentary people, but that some of the problems can be mitigated by the amino acids in bone broth. I will definitely be adding this to my diet.

Joanna yes, I will if I find anything particularly tasty. But I plan to start out simple with just a couple large onions, a couple of carrots, a few celery stalks, a bay leaf and a splash of vinegar. Those things are common to most recipes that aren't higher-carb. My biggest problem may be where to find grass-fed beef bones. There seems to be a consensus that it's even more important to source grass-fed bones than the meat itself (I guess marrow stores more toxins) but my grocery store doesn't have them.
