Beginning exercise
Been in métodos for four weeks, doing well. I’m recovering from multiple injuries a while ago and gained weight. Super out of shape but now ready to begin a routine. If I enter my exercise daily will the app adjust what I need for sustainability? I’m already at 1665 calories a day and have lost weight already; wondering what to expect before I get into actually making my body work again. I’ll be paddle boarding in the ocean and spinning but starting out s l o w! Fear of being ravenous on 1600 cal/day🧐

Congratulations on your progress 🎉🎈 You can either turn on the deduct calories from exercise or not in Settings. I chose to turn it off. If I am hungry, I add extra calories, if not I let the burned calories increase my weight loss. I find hitting my fat and protein goals keep me satiated and increase my energy. Good Luck
