I doubt it would truly kick you out of ketosis, but it could still have a temporary effect. Anytime there is a rise in insulin the production of ketones will be slowed or stopped.
There was one study I heard of where even the mere taste of sweetness in the mouth, whether from actual sugar or from certain zero calorie artificial sweetener, caused a rise in insulin levels. The test subjects never ingested the sweet liquid, only held it in their mouth and then spat it out, but the body still responded with an increase in insulin levels.

HelloDolly HelloDolly If you were to vomit into a toilet, that would also clean toilets except it would not smell as good. It is all about the acidity level.

Mpetershat wow amazing. I have been on Keto since the end of April this year. 2019. I have only lost 16 pounds but not truly complaining or thinking of quitting. I feel better look better clothing fits better and I鈥檓 happy I am not consuming sugar as I am a cancer survivor. But wow 50 pounds! Unbelievable, are you a male? My daughter has lost over 100 pounds and her husband too on keto but took them around a year. He lost much faster.

Take2asap In general, males lose weight easier. I went all-in on this eating plan and included intermittent fasting and occasional extended fasting. I am currently off of all medicines, without my doctor's approval and will get new lab tests paid by myself in a month or 2 to follow up. I monitor BP daily.
