The app said it has to be 30 .. 2 days later I decided I need to increase it to 50 as I kept going over (its hard to do LCHF being a vegetarian). That didn't work either. Today, I've decided to increase to 75, but this one I'm sealing it! I am able to stop at 60 if I starve, so 75 sounds about right. (I lost 10.5lbs in 10 days .. so I think I am ok. I just need to be consistent).

My doctor has me at 15% of 1900 calories. So that puts me at 71 g. My protein is 20% (95g) and fat is 65% (137g) I've been doing this for two weeks now and I"m down 5 lbs. I tried the keto diet a couple of months earlier and I just couldn't do the less than 20g of carbs. Its much easier doing it this way and most days i'm between 30-60g of carbs.
