Hello!
New to the community but started Keto one week ago today. Down 5.2lbs. Yay me! Just getting over the Keto flu hump which had me feeling like I ran a marathon and then popped a Valium; no energy and very “loopy”. But I woke up this morning and literally sprung out bed with energy! (this NEVER happens, btw😊) My first question.....should I wait until I’m completely adjusted before trying IF? Thanks in advance!

Hello 👋 & welcome, what a fab start! Hope you’ve seen the back of the flu. For me personally IF happened naturally, when you become fat adapted, you are no longer hungry in a morning ~ so don’t eat then rather than rush to the next stage before your body is ready. Learning to listen to our bodies takes time as it is a skill that ‘some’ of us have lost along the way of carb & sugar addictions.
