Stomach Cramps?

Hi everyone,

I've been on keto since Thanksgiving and have lost 30 lbs as of today.  A couple of weeks ago I went somewhere and they didn't have anything to eat, so I ate the soup without the noodles. After that I had cramps in my lower colon (I think), and it stayed for over a week. I don't know if it is gas or what. I do try to take psyllium. Sometimes I still get those lower intestine pains, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm going to my internist in about 10 days to get my A1c and everything checked out. If anyone has experienced pain the the lower colon/abdomen or anything in that area, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Any thoughts? Tks!

I know what you me. I suggest drinking more water, even it you pee a lot more. I found I had to ease myself in to stop the “Keto flu”. My symptoms were weekness, constipation and stomach cramps. I did go to my doctor who is supporting me and she has me taking more calcium, magnesium and zinc. That seems to help. Also don;t be afraid to eat more fat and have bigger meals and snacks.
