I need to snack while at work on third shift. I’ve been eating a lot of cheese but fear it will plug me up soon. Starting week two of low carb diet. I’m staying around 20-30 carbs a day. Any ideas for really low carb snacks that I can munch on? Thanks in advance😊
Try some of the Atkins diet bars. They have 2 to 3 carbs total. My favorite is the Chocolate Chip Crisp Bar. There are several to choose from and easy to throw in your purse.
