How does everyone manage to make the meals that they need to eat within the correct time frame when you work 9am - 7pm most of the time?
Honestly, I am not beyond eating at my desk or heating up something on a break.
I make food at home that is good for lunch and dinner. Then there are only half the meals to make. But since I do the IF then some days are easier than others!
It’s hard to cook or all each day , work out and work long hours... I try to meal prep on the weekends but we get busy sometimes and I run out of time....
i also eat at my desk and work... it’s just hard to find time to cook everything especially... it will get easier I bet.
We prep on the weekend a few days in advance and make things like Keto Cloud bread and Keto fat head bagels. We also use an Instant pot :) for dinners.
