  • If you are you just getting started in Ketosis you may have trouble sleeping the first week or two. I did due to so much energy and higher pulse.  It will regulate and then you will sleep great.  To help me through that time I took Melatonin and it helped some.

Yes, i was the same way, i was hyper as all get out, but it did not last.   Dang, cuz i rather liked it.  And i had trouble sleeping too.    I did mix myself a keto cocktail of rum with caffiene free diet pepsi.  No lime.  Others may veto my advice.  I am new here.  And who knew? there are keto cocktail mixes on Amazon, haha.  Not bad, but, they do need some tweaking.  I got the Keto Mohito mix, but it was too tart, and it wasn't bad after i diluted it with both some diet 7up and some water and a mint sprig.  I felt relaxed then.  hahaha.

however, the insomnia and hyperness did  pass on it's own, which was a huge disappointment to me, as, at first, ithought i had discovered the fountain of youth.

Now i am wondering, if i quit keto, and ate all regular, and then went Back into keto again?---------would i get that rush all over again?  It might be nice for like, taking a trip or a cruise or something.  well, no one is going on cruises in the age of Corona, but, maybe for a trip to have alllllll that extra extra energy again?  was nice while it lasted though!!
