Tracking Carbs

Hello friends,  will someone clarify if I need to track net or total carb to be in Ketosis?

It’s really a matter of personal preference. Keto living is keeping to a max of 20g of carbs for most people. The reason I count total carbs is because my addictions to sugar & carbs could lead me to eat food that will trigger my cravings; by counting total carbs I have to stick to vegetables & cheeses for my carbohydrates hence no cravings for me 🙌.  Checking your blood ketones or urine might help you decide but knowing yourself best is your key, listening to your body will perhaps be new to you like it was to me. There’s loads of reference starting points under low carb Chat, ‘favourite self education’ sites.

having no cravings doesn’t exclude my mind responding to food that I see it just means I have only fallen off y Keto wagon once in 3 months & zero alcohol craving.
