Help! Gained 2 lbs

For some context I had been on the keto diet for 5 days and ruined it by having carbs on the weekend.

I weighed myself exactly 1 week from my starting day and am now 2 more lbs. I have done keto before and lost 10 lbs but I stopped for a few weeks because I went overseas. I also started working out @ the gym this time around in hopes to see better weight loss results. Is it possible that this is water weight I have gained from my carb filled weekend?

    Weight gain and loss is due to calories, not carbs.  When eating carbs, eat small portions so as not to add too many calories.

    Hi your weight will fluctuate and it could be just bloating from eating carbs but it could be lots of other reasons. Just get back on plan and I am sure the next time you weigh it will be a loss

    Hi, try to aim for under 20 carbs a day and you will see results i promise. Just dont give up!!! I have a system that i used if you would like more info you can PM me.
