10lbs lost

Hi all!  I started on my keto on July 1st. I ❤️ the feeling once I started. I didn’t go through any keto flu. I’ve been losing 2 to 2.5 lbs a week. I’m fine with that. To this date I lost 10lbs and I’m very happy about it. I have 5 more lbs and I will be extremely happy to see that weight I should be at. 

I am having difficulty eating the fat. Net cabs I go over a little bit but not too much. Protein is no problem. 

I checked if I was in Ketosis in the 7th date. It was moderate color. It was happy to see I was doing well. 

I checked yesterday and I am not in Ketosis. I started to do intermittent fasting which isn’t bad. 

I need to adjust my meals to get back into Ketosis.

    You might be in ketosis.  The urine sticks measure the excess ketones your body gets rid off so dont work after a while as your body become adapted.
