From 3100 calories >>> 1302 in 12 days

At the beginning of the year I wrote down everything I was eating for 3 days.  I was averaging about 3100 calories a day.  Then I stopped counting, took the fitbit off and learned to make cakes in my Ninja Foodie.       April 5 I woke up and knew I had to prepare for the keto life style.   Ate carbs all day that final Friday, shopped for cheesecake ingredients. I made a cheesecake that night.  

April 6 I was ready to start keto.  It is tough balancing the macros but every day I can walk, mow and scoop the poop a little longer.  Yesterday I was in my target heart rate for 20 minutes.      The last couple of days I have had more cravings but will not take the bait the sugar brain is sending.   

Sugar is a drug for someone like me and if I can quit smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day I can beat sugar :)

My nephew is coming to visit and we walk the town we live in together (about 16 blocks). There is no way I could do that without this change in my life.
