Cheese in diet

Hey anyone give me insight on using cheese everyday in my diet ? I find myself using 4-6 slices a day bEtween breakfast and snacks suck as keto cheese Squares. Anyone think this is too much ?

  • It could be, how do you feel your body is responding to it? Any issues with constipation or stomach upset?

    I am 3 weeks in, and because I am walking every day (1-2 miles) I find my intake numbers are often low or even negative. For me, cheese snacks work very well to keep my fat level up. That said, I don’t seem to have any bad side effects from the dairy...
