Just saying.....am I doing this right? How do you adjust your daily log?

I've been trying to hit all the numbers in all the categories. Is this possible? I've been on the diet for about 3 weeks. I had one day 1.5 & another day 2.5 ketones (mmol/L) using a meter that measures your breath. It jumped down the next day from 2.5 to 1.4. My goal is to lose 25 lbs and get from 225 to 200. Is there a perfect example of what these charts should look like? I would like to review the Daily Log to see what I am missing.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Hi! Looks like you need to lower your protein intake.  Your body will turn the amino acids in protein into Glucose and you wont be in ketosis.

I concentrate on the macros, not the actual grams - I consider those the "not to exceed" number. If you are 0.5 mmol you're in light ketosis so I wouldn't worry about going from 2.5 to 1.4 - higher readings don't necessarily mean you're in a better state of ketosis.
