Stall advice

I began Keto last July and have lost 75 lbs in one year.  I have 25 to go.  The first 9 months were incredible. For months 10,11,12 though of my first 'keto year', I have been exactly the same weight. I have tried IF, increasing my exercise by 50%, switching macros to the high protein keto setting on Carb Manager, doing a carb refeed day, increasing my water, etc. but NOTHING is making the scale move again.  Even had a full physical and bloodwork, and all came back great. Weighing every Monday had been the most exciting and rewarding experience in my life for 9 months.  I have been at  or near 280 for all of my adult life. It was so wonderful to weigh in!  Now, Mondays are just horrid. I still eagerly hope each time, for even a half pound loss, but...nothing. 14 sad Mondays. Does anyone know what to do?  I recognize stalls do happen and my body must adjust, have tried all the advice I can find online, and am losing hope. I am 56 yrs old so I get that my metabolism slows after menopause, etc etc. But this is literally a brick wall.  Any thoughts or advice would be so appreciated.

I'm not sure of your exercise regimen, but maybe try going harder. Also, try to always be under your carbs.  Maybe adjust your Macros? If you're doing everything correctly, your body shouldn't just stop losing weight, especially for 14 weeks... You probably need to adjust your intake.

Thank you so much for your reply.  I did indeed adjust this past week. Less fat, especially butter, less coffee additives, more exercise. Finally, the scale started moving again. I think I had gotten too comfortable adding fats to everything. :)

Casper I too have a stall for months and have always stayed at or below carb level. I don't do a lot of additives and mostly steer toward coconut oil vs. butter. Love to know your progress and any more feedback as it goes along!
