Keto urine test shows high Ketones after 2 days - Possible??
Is it possible to be in Ketosis after only 2 days. My diet previously, was very low fat, mixed level of protein and Carbs (good carbs - veggies and salad) so i doubt i would have been in it previously.
So wondering if the urine testing kits are dodgy??

I never bothered to test for ketosis. I let the weight loss tell me if I am in ketosis. Sure It's possible I guess, sorry I don't have a better answer maybe someone else does?

thanks for commenting - think I misinterpreted the test anyway. The result was dark - which I thought was a good thing, but apparently it should be lighter to show the diet is working (if testing this way) doh. Thanks again though.

Hi! On my test darker is more so you could be right, look under the colors for the number scale.
