Keto Coffee/Low Carb only
I am not interested in getting my body in the ketosis state but like to drink coffee with butter and mct oil. Will I still benefit from the keto coffee for weight loss when I am not pairing it with the keto diet plan or am i just raising my cholesterol levels by drinking it. I do try to eat low carb most days.

Don't hold me to this, but I heard that high fat plus high carb/high protein will certainly increase your cholesterol unless you indulge in physical exercise/working out/jogging every day. Some even say that even cheat days are not ideal in ketosis diet. Typical macro composition on a Low Carb diet, is 25% carb, 50% fat, 25% protein so if you dont go beyond this you will be fine, in my opinion.

High fat and high carbs do not mix will and increase your IGF1 markets - which is not a good thing. Plus high carb will turn into high sugar and when mixed with high saturated fat is not good either and will increase your risk for heart disease. Rather complicated field but a few things to remember is that is you are high fat then high sugar should be avoided.
