I’ve been on Keto for 2.5 months and have not only lost 25lbs but felt great. For past 10 days I have been struggling with nausea. HELP

Maybe "keto flu" ?   Even though you were, at that point, 2.5 months into your keto journey, you may have reached an adjustment point and your body was telling you it needs more hydration or more sodium or more potassium or more magnesium or less intense physical activity ??

Definitely, do some research, but here are a few links to start:

  • Im just starting and have had mild symptoms here and there the past week. Whats helped me? Eating something high in whatever macros Im low in, making sure I eat something with some fiber (brocolli, avocado, etc.) adding salt to my water, drinking a little more water, having some bone broth. Any of those might help. And finding ways to get more veggies in. also, if you drink coffee, add a little peppermint oil to it. I had that in my bullet proof coffee this morning, and it really woke me up and settled any sromach upset.

  • In my unprofessional opinion you are simply still "fat adapting" and this can take some time - we are all different. Yes, you may be lacking something?? I follow Dr. Berg on YouTube with specific searches. EG. "Dr Berg Keto and Salt" or Dr Berg Keto and Potassium" or Dr Berg Keto and Magneisum" or "Dr Berg Keto and _________"..... add your concern. He's easy to understand and generally to the point. KEEP IT SIMPLE!! Way to go on that weight loss!!!!! Keep on keeping on. You will get through this!!! All the best!! Joanne
