Am I the only one who just cannot stomach bone broth?! I know the benefits are amazing and all but yuck!

I find the best way for me to use bone broth is to deglaze my skillet after I’ve sautéed or roasted my meat. It adds in the flavoring of the meat that I have roasted like chicken or pork chops and it makes the type of sauce or gravy.

I don't like the packaged bone broth, either, plain. But I love my homemade broth. If I have to have packaged, I make soup out of it or season it myself.

  • I literally gagged when I tried it. I hear it's great if you make it yourself, but I haven't gone that far yet.

I never tried before yesterday. I had the great value organics beef bone broth and thought it was really tasty.

I really enjoy the Swanson Chicken Bone Broth. I heat it up in a mug and season it with salt and pepper - 😋

I use the Zoup brand and love it !  In a mug, salt, pepper, and a pat of butter and it's a great afternoon snack

I actually do not have a problem with it. I think it depends a lot on the brand.

I don't like it plain, but a tablespoon of lemon juice and a dash of Penzey's Mural of Flavor seasoning (or your favorite spice blend) in a cup of chicken bone broth renders it cravably delicious.
