My first Keto coffee has used all my carbs for the day?! Help!
I’ve been trying to do the Keto diet for about 2 weeks, but when I received my urine strips found that I was not in ketosis at all. I’m now being very careful, added intermediate fasting and thought this app would keep me on track but somehow I seem to have logged most of my carbs on day 1 before anyone else is even up.
I am only 4foot 11inches so my weight loss targets are very low- but I do have tummy fat making me look pregnant so I desperately do need to do this. My correct weight is around 105 pounds and I am 130. I would settle for just much nearer to 105 as I am 54 years old with associated menopausal weight.
Please help; I’ve been unhappily overweight for 13 years; am dealing with husband’s infidelity for almost the same amount of time and really feel that a healthy body will support a healthy mind.
The coffee was actually a nespresso pod at home if that makes any difference..
