New to KETO
Hi my name is Angela. I have been overweight all my life. I started this keto food plan almost 3 weeks ago. I'm learning more everyday and getting better and better at it. I need to lose 60 lb by September so I can have my surgery of a total shoulder replacement. My main thing right now is trying to figure out how to keep track of my protein and carbs. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi Angela, im new to keto too. This app is so helpful, many of the foods can be scanned by barcode or entered manually. You find the food for example : eggs, fried- tap on it, then it will bring you to a screen you can put the amount you consumed, then press done and it will add it. On the main tracker screen it will show you in a pie chart how much you consumed.
Many foods have carbs in them so its a bit tricky, but you will get used to it. I make hamburger patties with a slice of cheese, no bun. Its like having a mini meat loaf 😊 you get protein and almost no carbs.
