Restaurant food contains hidden carbs?
Last night I ate out. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger no bun. Almost immediately I began to feel bloated and a headache soon developed. This morning I still feel bad! Only other thing I had that day was two poached eggs and 2 sausage patties. But I sure feel like I went off keto. Anybody know what could have happened? I’ve been doing keto for 6 weeks first time I’ve felt like this.

Maybe they mixed grain into the meat to extend it? Like with meatloaf. Same could be true with the sausage. When I eat in restaurants, I choose foods like fried eggs and bacon, grilled chicken and broccoli, places where it's hard to hide carbs. Although I did recently learn that village inn adds pancake batter to the eggs in their omelets.
