If you're working on a calorie deficit in order to lose body fat (weight)..you can account for the having overeaten fat and protein by adjusting your total daily calories(with deficit) to all calories burned (no deficit)..as long as the ratio is close to the regular 70/25/5 split..it shouldn't change anything except you won't lose as much weight that day..but that should stop you from falling out of ketosis.
