Is there anything you can do to counter going over your fat and protein macros for the day?

Happy Sunday!  I am new and have gone over my fat and protein macros already for the day!  I think I am barely into ketosis. Is there anything that I can do to counteract going over? Thank you!

    Eat lower carb vegetables.  Finding the balance of meeting your macros can be challenging.  I personally rate my macros as to importance, 1 - net carbs. 2 - protein. 3 - calories.  4 - fat.  Try to pre plan you meals for the day so you know you are going to be your macros range for the day.

    That's a good idea for us newbies! Start with carbs, since those are hardest and most important to meet, then focus on fat and protein foods!

    If you're working on a calorie deficit in order to lose body fat (weight)..you can account for the having overeaten  fat and protein by adjusting your total daily calories(with deficit) to all calories burned (no deficit)..as long as the ratio is close to the regular 70/25/5 split..it shouldn't change anything except you won't lose as much weight that day..but that should stop you from falling out of ketosis.
