Noobie query
So I’m a noob and CRUSHING it. GI Crohns. Happy to be doing this FINALLY. Anyway, I’m using great value steamable broccoli florets in my dish and I can’t seem to find an accurate count. There’s a godzillian different numbers and carb counts out there. It’s making me crazy. The package says 1 net carb, but I’m seeing sooo many 2s n’ 3s. It makes me nervous. I wants my extra net carbs if they’re available. Ya know?!
