Hi Shenanigans are you adding MCT oils to your day? They can boost your fat intake quickly! Everything has calories so you will definitely need to add those to the count. Also, when I am low on fat I use flax oil, butter and love my fat bombs! I get most of my recipes from Pinterest but there are some good ones on here as well. You definitely need to meet your fat goal every day to be successful. It’s ok to be lower sometimes on protein but get the fat macro right. 👍
