Struggling to meet totals

Just started 4 days ago. No matter how much I try I can’t reach my protein and fat goals. 2 questions- how will this affect my weight loss. And suggestions on how to meet the daily goals without going over calories?

    Hi Shenanigans are you adding MCT oils to your day? They can boost your fat intake quickly! Everything has calories so you will definitely need to add those to the count. Also, when I am low on fat I use flax oil, butter and love my fat bombs! I get most of my recipes from Pinterest but there are some good ones on here as well. You definitely need to meet your fat goal every day to be successful. It’s ok to be lower sometimes on protein but get the fat macro right. 👍

  • Thanks for your reply. I have been adding MCT oil to my morning shake. Is it healthy/ok to use several times a day?

    I would say so to a point...how often is several? 

    I think MCT can be hard on your digestive system when used too much.

    I do 2 TB of coconut oil in my coffee and then coconut oil here and there for cooking (but not necessarily every meal). My stomach has adjusted to that much oil in the mornings.
